Well here are some more, they are the flowering plants that are in the back yard. The next to last picture is of a plant that I thought was dead it was under weeds and sits between the two little purple and green plants that we put in the corner, well it has leaves on it and I don't know yet what it is, but it is alive and I am happy to have it there. Any way this is how every thing is growing at the moment. Hope all is growing good at your place where ever you are.

As you can see I have tomatoes on the vine... oh I am so happy because I wasn't sure I could grow them and they are going to be so tastier. My other plants are doing great. I have buds on the little rose bush, and black berry bush has just very well this year, in fact it has blooms all over it ready to open. My day lilies are doing well also and even my Hostis is coming up which I thought it had died last year. It is really all doing well... the stuff in the grey bucket is lettuce and beets, they are growing good too. Well more pictures to come....

These will show you how much our plants have grown. I was surprised to see my big rose bush had flowers on it already, it is covered with buds. The white ones are covered as well as you can see. the hollyhock is growing great and I think I see flower pods on them this year. And of course the rhubarb is so big, and this will be my second picking. I will follow up with more pictures stay tuned.

Mothers Day

I wanted you all to see the lovely rocking chairs that dad gave me for Mothers Day, actually I had the one on the right side of the picture, but the one left and closer to the frame is the new one. I really like them alot, and spend alot of time in them, until it gets to HOT to do so, then I sit in them only in the evening when it is alittle cooler. I moved the patio around alittle bit so every thing could fit. It was a nice weekend, even tho we had NO kids around this year, we managed to keep ourselves busy and rested. Love you all...

Rattling around

I see it has been a while since I got on this so I thought I might catch up tonight. It has been a different week with Beckham gone to Stacie and Marcs house .It has made a much quieter time here at our house, and I must say I have missed him this week. And I must say his mom has taken the advantage and has stayed away also, I think she has enjoyed her time bye her self and figured she is here all the time when B is home so she would give me a break.... this is just a guess mind you. What ever the reason it has been a different kind of week. And next week will b even ore so as Chris will be gone to Michigan to visit Kory and Kim and Meggan and Beckham will be up in Boise for the week. So I will really be lost next week.

In the mean time there is some news about Grammy Rose, she fell over the weekend and broke her knee, yesterday she went into surgery for it and will be in rehab for a few weeks. I tried calling her today, but she was so out of it that I was unable to even understand what she was trying to tell me. Very...... confused. I fully expect her to be for a while, some thing like this really does a number on Alzh. patients and she is so confused any way. I am not sure where this is all going, she may end up in a nursing home. And I am sure this will not do anything for her condition she already has, just make her more confused. She has a long journey to go and I feel for her. Her sisters are watching out for her, but I don't think they realize what kind of a journey they are in for. Any way that is what is happening to GR.

We are having nice weather now, and things are growing, including dandelions.... blah.... but what can we do we have tried almost every thing to get rid of them and they seem to stay.

I have been going to Curves faithfully and still like it alot. Bruce is busy at work and finding his way out of problems there. He has a new calling at church, so that is keeping him busy also, he gets out once or twice a week to golf and that he enjoys. All in all things are good here.

Well guess that is it for this time.. love you all
