This is Katie, she is the mom of Emery that I took a picture of earlier in one of these blogs. We have been having a good time getting them settled and getting to know them. Just thought you might like to see her. We are glad to have them living with us for a while.

Bounty of the Garden

This is just the beginning of what is coming up from the garden . It has been a great year for tomatoes. I have pumpkins and a squash out there to still growing. It has been fun to have the joy of growing my garden this year. Next year I think I will try a larger one. My blackberry bush has done well this year too, now to make some jam with the produce. Also went to the farm stand and bought some peaches , it has been a hard year for peach growers but we did end up getting a nice bushel of them. Well, hope your harvest is coming in and your enjoying the fruit of your labor !
