Well, it snowed again last night but not much on the ground this time. Meggan Beckham and I went up to Boise, Id to see Marc and Stacie and kids last week and they have nice weather up there, spring like, when we came home last Sat. it was nice here too and it has been very spring like here until today. Now they say it will be more winter like for the next 10 days, but after that we are looking at the middle of March and things should be looking and feeling more like spring.
I haven't been doing to much since returning home but have caught up on some house keeping and did a little bit of sewing. I made me a pair of flannel pants for lounging around in but I am not a good seamstress and they came out okay but not great. I put the belt on inside out... oh yah... but that is okay they are only going to be seen by me and Bruce and maybe the kids around here... this afternoon is a quiet one, Meggan and Beckham were here for a bit and then went home, she hasn't hung around this week like she was, whats up with that??? I think she is getting ready for her husband to come home on Sat. Bruce didn't make it home for lunch today, he is up state doing work. And Chris didn't make it here for lunch either, so needless to say it has been quiet around here, I am not use to that.....
All in all things are good here, just getting back in to routine. Grammy Rose is doing fine, she is setteled in her new "home" and seems to like it ok. She has her moments which she will , but for the most part she is doing well.
Well, thought I would just add a little note to say hi and that I am doing well and love ya all...

I did it...
Yeah, I did it... I actually got my back ground on all by my self.... I am proud of my self... as most of you know I am not very good at this computer stuff, but tonight I did it...
It has been a busy day here, I went to Curves and then came home cleaned bathrooms, made bread, not in that order, Meggan and Beckham came over at around 11 o'clock and we made curtanins for Meggans kitchen, then I went out and shoveled my drive, which I managed to slip down on my butt, back and head.... lol.... and was laughing so hard becasue Beckham was laughing so hard at me.... I wondered if I could get up but made it, and only tweeked my knee and bumped my elbow... I am alittle lame tonight, but I am fine.... Beckham was out helping me as Meggan had gone home to clean up for a showing this late afternoon, any way he helped me finished the drive by throwing snow at me... we had fun. After that I came in and Meggan came soon after, I fixed supper and now I am on the computer as the Bruce and Chris are playing game of golf.
Every thing else is going fine, we have been having alot of snow and it looks like it will continue to snow for another few days,we have a storm coming in tomorrow and had one today. I am hoping Friday will be nice enough to get out and go to Curves, I missed Monday, as it snowed alot that day. Any way, Bruce is good, we haven't heard from Grammy Rose lately , guess no news is good news. She is comfortable at the Home even if she gets tired of being there and blames the boys.

A New Year
Well ,I can see it has been along time since I was on this last. It has been a busy time since Thanksgiving around here. Jenny and Lorelai came home Nov. 30th and then Aunt Sandy came in to visit Grammy Rose, which she ended up taking her back to Illionis for the holiday season. Matt and Erick came home the same day, and Marc and family came in the day after. We had a great Christams as always and love every bit of it with all the family here, even tho it was a bit crowded since there is now 15 of us. We really did enjoy our time with them all tho and hated to see them go home as always.
Now, Grammy was suppose to come home on the 12th of Jan. but instead she and us decided she should go into an Assisted Home, which she has and LOVES IT and we are happy for her and us. It was getting really hard to have her here as she really wasn't happy here with us and her illness is a hard one to handle any way. Any way she is so happy and we are glad. But in getting her moved we had to take a quick trip to Illionis this week, we left last Sat. and arrived back home Wed. afternoon. We took a few things back to her for her to have in her apt. and her clothes and such but we still have alot of things here that she will never get back . Our garage is still a mess and there is alot of things out there that we will need to go through. Her illness has continued to decline her memory and she really has gone down hill since she left us in Dec. it is hard to see her this way, but it is going to happen weither she is here or there. We will miss her , but we are relieved that she is happy and we aren't responsiable for her here any more. Bruce still has alot of responsiablity but from a distance now.
