Mothers Day Weekend in Pictures

 The first picture is the wood that I used for my garden, it was wood that Matt had built Beckham a car out of while there were here, so instead of wasting the wood I used it for my raised garden. I have cucumbers and squash in the big one and the little one is going to have peppers in it. I also want to put tomato plants in containers this year.

The second set of pictures are of my Mothers Day gifts, Chris gave me tulips from his garden in a pretty vase. And Bruce gave me a Kindle and flowers and a charm . The cake was great too. It was also fun to talk to all the family's that live far away . We just love hearing from them. I hope you all had a nice Mothers Day too.

Pictures of our Weekend in Idaho

Our weekend in Idaho with Marc , Stacie and kids was very nice. It was so nice to see their home and where they live which by the way is a beautiful wilderness. Very treed and green and very pretty. The ride does take you 10 hours know matter how you cut it, but it is a very pretty ride. The company was great and we really did have a wonderful time. I even got out to the Gym that Stacie tells about so much. It is a nice place and was a lot of fun being there with her on Sat. morning. I have some pictures I want to share with you, we had a chance to go to the Spokane Temple on Sat. afternoon and it was a beautiful day. I hope you enjoy them.

Sun shine and dirt...

              These are  out of order but I think you can tell what I started with and what I ended with. It was a lot of hard work but I am glad I got it done. The spruce is a new addition to the yard this year, I hope it doesn't die on me. :) The flowers are ones that have been planted over the years since I have been here and some were already here also. I took a picture a few post back of the flowers around the pole but they are coming up so nicely now and it shows how green and plush the grass is in the picture, in fact I really need to mow the lawn. But I will save that for another day.

              Other then this I have done the regular laundry and picking up from the weekend. It has been a productive day in my book how about you?
