Grandchildren, how wonderful it was to have them at all around over the New Year. Now we are enjoying our 2 little ones that are left and missing all the others. The 4 that are in Idaho are growing so fast. The other 3 that are now in Alaska, are growing fast too. Little Conner turned 6 weeks old on Monday. I miss them very much, our house has gotten quieter with just Lorelai, and Asher here for sure. We will be able to enjoy them for another 6 weeks and then Jen and kids will head home to Conn. and then we really will be empty nesters for the first time. Bruce has also taken a new position at work and will be gone more, and even traveling some. So I am going to have to get busy around here and keep my self busy.

Yea, it amazes me how fast things change. Those little ones won't be little for long and I will have grown kids before I blink twice. :/ Enjoy the two you have for now and I will bring my horde and come work you to death this summer. ;)
Life is ever changing, dear daughter, and now you two will have a couple other places to look forward to visiting to see your precious families. Best wishes to Bruce in his new job position and to both of you as you begin this new journey in your lives. I am sure you have much to offer to the world around you while you long to see those special to you. Great pictures of all the children.
